Colorchrome is a special paint finish with an iridescent glow. You know
the way Christmas ornaments gleam and reflect light? Colorchrome reflects
light in the same manner so they look great on display as part of your
collection. As you know, the first issue of any collectible is always
the time to start your collection. Some more details of how the colorchrome
process actually works:
- Labor-intensive process of hand-polishing every inch of the die-cast
body
- Chrome-plated with electro-plating process
- Painted with clear lacquer and finished with a color tint of the original
body color
- Original sponsor decal package is applied over colorchrome finish
Only a few select drivers will be chosen for the colorchrome finish in
the Elite models in any given year.
- Hand polished die-cast finish
- Features the RCCA upgraded Elite chassis
- Packaging includes Driver Career Highlight Information
- Handcrafted metal in it's natural state for only a select group of
accomplished NASCAR Drivers.
- Platinum is a precious, silver-white color metal.
- Platinum is the rarest, strongest and noblest of the precious metals.
- This precious metal creates an attractive high polish finish.
- Cars still feature tampo-printed graphics with high quality paint.
- Approximately 8 tons of raw ore must be mined to produce just one
pure once of platinum.
